After working in some of the best restaurants in the country and then being diagnosed with Celiac's Disease, Chef Lila made it her mission to create French Pastry that is 'taste-identical' to its wheat flour counterparts. Creating high end pastry for hotels, Universities and high end foodservice, Chef Lila is working to raise the bar on the perception of what gluten free tastes like. Every day she is working to create her own GF versions of her favorites to share with those who need it the most.
